Delivery charges are Rs. 399 for all cities across Pakistan.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed by the customer, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Ucosmetics will not process orders with incomplete or missing personal details.

Ucosmetics reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in case of product unavailability.

Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation and delivery usually takes 3–5 working days once the order is handed over to the courier company.
